It’s easy as 1-2-3.

1. Come for a Meet & Greet

**We are open for business but due to COVID-19 we are unable to do our normal facility tours. We are doing limited "Meet & Greet" visits by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us to set one up. At your visit, while we are unable to tour the grounds, you will get a description of our facility and our processes while your dog(s) are observed playing with other dogs. We’ll answer your questions and make sure your dog’s comfortable here. Dogs more than 9 months old must be spayed or neutered.

Our normal process: you’d get a tour while your dog hangs out with the pack. No appointment necessary, on Saturdays between 12 and 2:30 pm (except holiday weekends, including: President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).

2. Fill out our Contract

Complete and bring to the Meet & Greet our Pet/Owner Information Sheet & Release of Liability/Contract.

Please also review our Information Sheet.

3. Provide vaccination records

Before your pet’s first stay (boarding or day care), you will need to provide us with a copy of their current vaccination and fecal records, including the following: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and a negative fecal test within the last six months. We also strongly recommend the Lepto vaccine and the Canine Influenza vaccine.

A word about vaccination and fecal records.

Current vaccination and fecal records are required for all dogs, for every dog’s safety. It is your responsibility to make sure we have up-to-date records prior to your dog’s stay. Proof of vaccinations can be faxed to us at 360-668-1756 or given to us when you drop off your dog.
