It’s easy as 1-2-3.

1. Fill out our Pet/Owner Info Sheet

PLEASE NOTE: Before any new dog can be scheduled for boarding or daycare they must come for a "Meet and Greet" visit - which are currently booking for select Saturdays in July.

The first step is to email us a completed Pet/Owner Information Sheet & Release of Liability/Contract* and review our Information Sheet. We will then reach out to you to set up your Meet & Greet appointment date.

2. Come for a Meet & Greet

We have them a few select Saturdays a month starting between 1pm and 2pm. We do one tour group at a time, with the first tour starting at approximately 1 pm. The second one (if happening) starts at about 1:45 pm. We’ll reach out with a confirmation and a suggested time the day before you are scheduled to visit.

Please read our Meet & Greet FAQ's for important information on what to expect on your visit. Dogs must be 5 months old or older to attend. Dogs more than 9 months old must be spayed or neutered. These age restrictions are non-negotiable, and are entirely for the comfort and safety of all of the dogs in our care.

3. Provide vaccination records

Before your pet’s first stay (boarding or day care), you will need to provide us with a copy of their current vaccination and fecal records, including the following: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and a negative fecal test within the last six months. We also strongly recommend the Lepto vaccine and the Canine Influenza vaccine.

A word about vaccination and fecal records.

Current vaccination and fecal records are required for all dogs, for every dog’s safety. It is your responsibility to make sure we have up-to-date records prior to your dog’s stay. Proof of vaccinations can be faxed to us at 360-668-1756 or given to us when you drop off your dog.
